Wheelabrator

The Wheelabrator is a blast and prime machine with a capacity to handle both shapes and plates with widths up to 12 feet. The Wheelabrator uses a mix of steel shot and carbon grit to de-scale mill supplied steel to obtain a surface preparation standard of SSPC-SP 10/NACE No.2, and a profile of 2 to 2.5 mils. A pre-construction primer is immediately applied after blasting and can be one of several types available upon request.

The Avenger 2 is a CNC programmable, gantry mounted machine, providing fast, accurate plasma cutting for all types of metals up to 11/4 inches in thickness. One of its main features is the ability to cut and mark like/mirror and like/like programming up to 50 x 11 feet. Its second key feature is its ability to bevel cut up to 45 degrees while also running like/mirror programs.

The oxy-fuel cutter is a CNC programmable, gantry mounted machine. It features 7 cutting heads for fast efficient multiple cutting. The machine has like/mirror capabilities and can cut standard grade steel yp to 7 inches thick.

Profile Cutter

The profile cutter is an XYZ axis programmable robotic arm fitted with a oxy-acetylene cutting torch. It is capable of cutting through any structural steel as large as 2 foot wide flange and as long as 40 feet. An extensive library of end cut macros is available. Custom cuts can be made in house upon request.

Brake Press

The brake press is a manually operated machine with a maximum flange width of 20 feet and a maximum material thickness capacity of 4 inches. The press is capable of 1.5 inches to 15 foot deep flanges and has a variety of dies for various flange types.
