The robotic welder is an XYZ axis programmable robotic arm capable of all postion welding. Fillet size can range from 3/16 inches up to 1/2 inches. The 3 dimensional space is approximately 60 feet x 10 feet x 1/5 feet and is ideal for welding flat bar to panel minor assemblies.

The one sided welder is a stationary gantry machine utilizing 2 wire submerged arc welding technology. It is capabale of 40 foot long, full penetration welds on plates up to 16mm thick with one wire and up to 25mm thick with two wires.

Bar Fitter

The profile fitting machine is a mobile stiffener gantry capable of fit tacking various shapes to panels up to a width of 40 feet. The machine is semi-automatic, using magnet technology to align and pull the materials and an operator to perform the tacks along the bar.

Bar Welder

The bar welder is a mobile stiffener gantry utilizing twin fillet welding technology. This system is capable of 40 foot continuous twin welds producing fillets ranging from 3/16 inches to 1/2 inches. Most types of profile shapes may be welded.

Panel Line

The panel line is a light duty roller/chain pull system with a maximum weight capacity of 60 tons, per standard unti, and panel width of 40 feet. The line is continuous throughout the above 3 processes and ends with a web fitting station equipped with a mobile gantry supporting 4 pull down automatic wire feed welders.
