Shop 1 is a steel assembly and module construction hall with overall dimensions of 225 feet by 60 feet. The shop is an open concept and equipped with all tools required for fabrication of any steel product. The crane capacity for this shop consists of two 10 ton overhead gantries complete with 25 foot lifts.

Shop #2
Shop 2 is divided into two, 270 feet by 90 feet, fabrication areas called the lowbay and highbay. The lowbay is used for raw steel preparation of various sizes of plates and bars. The crane capacity in the lowbay consists of one 8 ton magnetic plate gantry.
The highbay is used for steel fabrication and minor assembly. The crane capacity in the highbay consists of two 10 ton overhead gantries as well as a 3 ? ton semi gantry.

The crane capacity for this shop consists of two 80 ton overhead gantries complete with 10 ton aux. hoists and one 20 ton overhead gantry.

Deep Dock
The deep dock has maximum dimensions of 750 feet (length) by 80 feet (gate width opening) by 28 feet (draft depth). With this large volume capacity it is capable of servicing fully loaded vessels. With its location on the St. Lawrence Seaway it is ideal for barge transportation of large construction modules to anywhere in the world.

Shelf
The shelf is a shallow dry dock with a maximum dimensions of 800 feet (length) by 80 feet (gate width opening) by 13 feet (draft depth). The crane capacity for this dock consists of the 45 ton Colby jib crane and 55 ton Provincial crane if necessary. See lifting capability for more information.
